3. Products and Information

We sell home furniture and related physical goods.
All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. In the event of a significant error, such as a pricing mistake, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the affected product(s), even after an order confirmation has been sent.

4. Ordering Process & Contract Conclusion

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not constitute a binding order.
A contract for the sale of goods between you and XL TRADING ECOM LIMITED is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email, which confirms that we have received your payment and are processing your order for shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or an error in the product or pricing information.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are displayed separately before you complete your order.
We accept payment via major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Klarna.
Payment for your order will be taken at the time of order fulfillment.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Customs

We ship throughout Europe. Order processing time is 2 business days. Estimated transit time is 7 to 12 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
You, the customer, are the importer of record. Any and all customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. XL TRADING ECOM LIMITED has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Risk of loss for and title to the products passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within a period of 30 days from the date you receive the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement sent to info@viviblank.shop.
The return is free of charge for the customer. We will cover the cost of return shipping up to a reasonable amount, which must be pre-approved by us.
To receive a full refund, the products must be returned in their original condition, unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.
We will process your refund within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The refund will include the cost of the products and the standard initial shipping fee, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

8. Commercial Warranty

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 2-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects and hidden faults that are not caused by misuse, negligence, or accidental damage by the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of XL TRADING ECOM LIMITED, for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products, shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the products.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, whether direct or indirect, or for any data loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of XL TRADING ECOM LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

11. Privacy

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
