The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
The item must be returned in a saleable condition, free from damage, stains, or odors.
You must inform us of your decision to return the goods within the 30-day period.
What is Non-Returnable?
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery.
Products that are not in their original condition or are missing parts.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions & Authorization
We will respond promptly with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please do not ship the return without this authorization.
Step 3: Ship the Return
Free Returns: We provide free returns for our customers. We will cover the cost of return shipping up to a reasonable amount for a standard shipping method, which must be pre-approved by us.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include all included documents (e.g., instruction manual), and affix the provided shipping label (if we email it to you) or follow the shipping instructions given.
We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and retain the proof of postage until your refund is processed. We cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
- Refunds
Timing:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
What is Refunded?
You will be refunded the full price paid for the returned product(s). The standard (least expensive) initial shipping cost you paid will also be refunded.
Deductions:
Please note that we are entitled to reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by any unnecessary handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (e.g., if the product shows signs of use or damage).
- Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@viviblank.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos or a video of the product, its packaging, and any visible damage. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you, including covering the return shipping.
- 2-Year Commercial Warranty
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 2-year commercial warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and hidden faults that are not caused by misuse, negligence, or accidental damage.
Warranty Claim Process:
Contact us at info@viviblank.shop with your order number and a detailed description (and photos/video) of the defect.
We will assess the claim and provide you with instructions.
Depending on the nature of the fault and at our sole discretion, we will repair the product, replace it with an identical or equivalent product, or issue a refund.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper assembly, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.
